Hi, I’m Steven, the founder of First Light Property Management. I was born and raised right here in Orlando, Florida, where I grew up exploring all the magic of Disney, Universal, and everything in between. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in Hospitality from the University of Florida, I’ve built my career around creating memorable guest experiences and smooth operational systems behind the scenes.
Before starting First Light, I worked in large-scale events and operations, where I developed a strong appreciation for leadership, teamwork, and the value of well-run systems and processes. As an Eagle Scout, those early lessons in responsibility and service continue to guide how I approach every property we manage.
I started this boutique Airbnb property management company because I genuinely enjoy optimizing short-term rentals to reach their highest income potential. I believe each property is unique and deserves a personalized strategy—not a one-size-fits-all solution.
